Pakistan Won First ODI against New Zealand

Pakistan beated New Zealand in First ODI  at Dubai.

Pakistan cricket team  won  ist ODI against  New Zealand by margin of 3 wickets at Dubai International Cricket Stadium..

5 match  ODI series, first match was played at Dubai in which Pakistan  has beaten  New Zealand in last over ,when three balls were remaining.

Earlier Pakistan captain Misbah Ul Haq won the toss and put New Zealand to bat. At one point New Zealand Score was 111 for 5 but New Zealand team succeeded to collect a good total of 246 in 50 overs with the loss of seven wickets. New Zealand star batsman Tylor scored his third consecutive century in ODI.

Tylor scored 105 runs remaining not out. Taylor played 171 balls and sruck 9 fours and one six in his innings. New Zealand tails ends performed very well .Ronchi and Vettori mad a partnership of 44 and 58 with Taylor. Ronchi scored 23 runs and Vettori scored 27 runs.

From Pakistan Muhammad Irfan was most successful bowler who took three wickets for 57 runs in 10 overs. Wahab Riaz also took two wickets for  51 runs in 10 overs. Shahid Afridi  bowled a very good spell .He gave on ly 36 runs in 10 overs and took one wickets.

Pakistan required a target of 247 runs in 50 overs. Pakistan start was not so good .At 40 pakistan has lost three wickets. At the score of 86 all top  5 order batsman were in pavillion. Muhammad hafeez

Now the Pakistan hope Wicket keeper Sarfraz  also out at the score of 26.At this  point Pakistan was  124 for six .It  was looking that Pakistan has lost the match .Then young Haris Sohail and Afridi played excellent innings. In 7th wickets partnership Afridi and Haris collected 110 runs  in less than 20 overs.

Afridi scored 61 runs in 51 balls .Pakistan batting real hero was Haris Sohail who scored 85 runs and remained not out.He played  109 balls  and striked five fours and one six.

When Afridi  was run out in 47.5 over  Pakistan was 234 for 7 and need only 13 runs in 13 balls. Pakistan achieved the target in 49.3 overs.Vettorie was the most successful bowler of NewZealand , he took two wickets in 10 overs giving away 40 runs.Nesham also took two wickets but he gave 62 runs in 9.3 overs.

Haris Sohail was Man of the Match.
